KaiBear Digital is an owner-operated consultancy run by Martin, based in Clovis, CA. One engineer, serving small businesses across Clovis, Fresno and Madera — with the same standards used at much larger shops, without the overhead.
One engineer, direct. You describe the problem once — to the person who will actually fix it, not a call center that files it. Every job starts with a written quote, and nothing is billed until you approve it. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who does the work, and the work gets documented so you are never dependent on what one vendor remembers.
Small businesses deserve big-shop standards: patched endpoints, MFA on every account, and backups that have actually been restored — not just scheduled. Security and reliability are not enterprise luxuries. A ten-person office deserves the same discipline as a thousand-person one, delivered at a price a ten-person office can justify.
