KaiBear Digital is an owner-operated IT, cybersecurity, web development, AI consultation, automation, and computer repair business based in Clovis, California, serving Clovis, Fresno, and Madera. This page explains what information kaibeardigital.com collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have — in plain English.
What we collect
The contact form. If you send us an inquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone, city, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Analytics. When enabled, we use Matomo — a self-hosted analytics tool that runs on our own server — to count page views and gather anonymous usage statistics. It is first-party: your visit is not reported to any outside analytics company.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used only to respond to you and to provide the services you asked about. We never sell your personal information.
What we never do
No advertising networks run on this site. There is no cross-site tracking, and no data is sold or shared with ad platforms.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored in private Vercel Blob storage (Vercel Inc., United States) and later synced to our own CRM. The website itself is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies — only functional and analytics cookies.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete the information you submitted through the contact form at any time. Email hello@kaibeardigital.com and we will take care of it.
California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to ask us to delete it, and the right to ask us to correct it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@kaibeardigital.com. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing you need to opt out of.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
