Managed IT is a retainer: we keep your machines patched, monitored and backed by a helpdesk, so problems get caught before they cost you a workday. The Starter plan is $2,400 a year, prepaid, for up to 10 endpoints. It covers the unglamorous work that keeps a small office running — Windows and Microsoft 365 updates, endpoint monitoring, Wi-Fi and network fixes, printer and email issues, and a monthly check-in where you see exactly what was done. One engineer owns your environment, learns it once, and answers your tickets personally. When something needs hands-on work, we come on-site.
